Liberty Line Cabinets Project guide

Cabinet design · Planning & coordination

Cabinet design.
A plan that works.

Cabinet design connects the atmosphere you want with the measurements, storage and decisions needed to make it practical. Start with a sketch, a set of plans or simply the room you want to improve.

01

From inspiration to a cabinet layout

We begin with the use of the room: cooking, getting ready, working or storing the things that matter. Photos and inspiration help establish style, while measurements reveal what is possible. Discuss sightlines, the balance of open and closed storage, and the details that should stay visually quiet.

02

The decisions worth resolving before production

A complete cabinet brief includes more than a door color. Confirm appliance specifications, countertop interfaces, door and drawer movement, outlets, plumbing and access needs. If an architect, contractor or installer is involved, identify who approves the final measurements and who coordinates each trade.

  • Review the layout and key dimensions
  • Choose finish direction and hardware
  • Resolve interfaces with appliances, counters and adjacent trades
  • Confirm the approved scope and the production schedule
03

Design support for homeowners and project teams

Homeowners can bring an early idea; designers and contractors can bring an existing drawing package. Tell us which decisions are already approved and where you need support. Design deliverables, revisions and any site visit are defined with the project scope, so expectations are clear before work begins.

Questions, answered.

Do I need architectural drawings to start?

No. Photos and approximate measurements are enough for an initial project conversation. Verified dimensions and approvals are needed before fabrication.

Can accessibility needs be included?

Yes. Describe reach, clearance, hardware and other practical needs early. Any required code or accessibility compliance must be reviewed against the specific project and jurisdiction.
